Trans friendly doctors in Utrecht

Hi! I'm looking for a trans and transition friendly family doctor in Utrecht. Preferably one that would be willing to prescribe me T. I have a diagnosis of being trans from Hungary, so I don't see why I should be diagnosed again by the gender clinic. Is that necessary? My boyfriend was able to get T by asking his family doctor, and having a diagnosis from his psychologist. I was wondering if there are some understanding ones in Utrecht who would be willing to help me.
